Hey there! I'm Violett, but most just call me Vi. I'm a Digital Artist and Variety Streamer, but you'll often see me going on other adventures. I've always been one to walk my own path, and I invite you to walk it with me! ♡I'm all about the joy and whimsy that exists in every day life, so you'll most often find me embracing that in some way or another!

Terms of Service

By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to my rules and terms of service.I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS‧₊˚╭﹒I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
‧₊˚┊﹒I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
‧₊˚┊﹒Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
‧₊˚┊﹒Commissions are for personal use only.
‧₊˚╰﹒The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.II. PAYMENT AND FEES‧₊˚╭﹒A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working.
‧₊˚┊﹒Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.
‧₊˚┊﹒Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD.
‧₊˚┊﹒A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
‧₊˚┊﹒A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.
‧₊˚┊﹒Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).
‧₊˚╰﹒Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS‧₊˚╭﹒Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.
‧₊˚┊﹒Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.
‧₊˚┊﹒Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
‧₊˚╰﹒Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.IV. WORK SCHEDULE AND UPDATES‧₊˚╭﹒Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished.
‧₊˚┊﹒Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.
‧₊˚┊﹒Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises.
‧₊˚┊﹒I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.
‧₊˚╰﹒You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile!V. REVISIONS‧₊˚╭﹒You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece.
‧₊˚┊﹒You can upgrade or include additional add ons simply by paying the difference. You can even change the character information entirely. Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades.
‧₊˚┊﹒Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.
‧₊˚┊﹒Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested.
‧₊˚┊﹒More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
‧₊˚┊﹒Revisions due to my own negligence are free.
‧₊˚┊﹒Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.
‧₊˚╰﹒Anything not on the “Top 5 List” will be considered open to creative interpretation.VI. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE INFORMATION‧₊˚╭﹒I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
‧₊˚┊﹒I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
‧₊˚┊﹒I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
‧₊˚┊﹒Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
‧₊˚┊﹒The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. @TheViolettRose
‧₊˚┊﹒For commercial use, you must discuss this with me via email, as the price will differ from personal usage.
‧₊˚┊﹒Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.
‧₊˚┊﹒Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.
‧₊˚┊﹒Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.
‧₊˚┊﹒I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.
‧₊˚╰﹒Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS‧₊˚╭﹒Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
‧₊˚┊﹒If for any reason you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit (but BEFORE the sketch has been approved), I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
‧₊˚┊﹒You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
‧₊˚┊﹒I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
‧₊˚╰﹒You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.VIII. THE PROCESS‧₊˚╭﹒You will fill out the Commission form. Once your commission has been verified and approved, I will send you an email with further information, and an invoice link for your payment.
‧₊˚┊﹒Once I receive the first half of the payment, I will add you to my Commission List. You can use the list to check your position in the queue.
‧₊˚┊﹒Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.
‧₊˚┊﹒Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
‧₊˚╰﹒Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work.VIIII. WHAT YOU RECEIVE‧₊˚╭﹒﹒Final sketch﹒Flat color sketch (not available for all commission types)﹒Final artwork
‧₊˚┊﹒Images are always sent as 350 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested.
‧₊˚┊﹒Resolution of the art will be around A4 size (2893 x 4092 px); may be slightly larger or smaller depending on the work. Larger resolutions (up to 6000 x 6000 px) are available upon request for an additional fee.
‧₊˚╰﹒Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work. No physical product will be delivered.
